Quality

MDM PELAGIC aims to continuously improve the quality of its products through the implementation of a Quality and Food Safety System (QSA) in accordance with international requirements.

Aware of the importance of quality and compliance with health standards, the group has embarked on a certification and compliance process and has succeeded in obtaining several certifications, including HACCP, IFS (V6) and BRC.

Environmental engagement

Respecting the seasonality of seafood products not only preserves the sustainability of species but also allows you to consume fatty fish rich in Omega 3.

Since its creation, MDM Pelagic has encouraged responsible aquaculture and fought against all kinds of overexploitation of marine resources.

Environmental protection is at the center of the group’s concerns. An action plan in constant growth has been put in place in this direction, including:
