With a processing capacity of up to 100 tonnes per day, the MDM PELAGIC freezing station is at the forefront of industry practice!

Sardine

MDM guarantees the best quality of sardines to consumers through successful freezing that respects all the steps necessary to preserve the nutritional value and the best rate possible of fat.

The supply undergoes a quality-freshness test to sort out the best fish in terms of size and quality. The sardines are then frozen either whole or after an HG ou HGT machine cut, depending on the size requested by the customer.

Mackerel

Mackerel is an important source of omega-3 fatty acids that boost the functioning of the cardiovascular system.
